Yandex is not the most popular search engine, but in some countries Yandex is also popular or even more popular than Google. The problem is that it looks like the Yandex bot can't seem to scan the Peerboard correctly. As a result, some kind of nonsense is displayed in the search results (All pages have the same Title and this fact completely excludes the possibility of normal use of PierBoard in some countries).
