i'm having users complain about speed and connectivity issues this morning
i sent an email to support yesterday - no response
even your own platform is very slow and sometimes hard to connect to
these screenshots are from yesterday ..
i know you probably think i dont pay much .. but i'm on the 2nd highest tier and i am a paying customer. i'm also paying for saas .. it shouldn't be that for 2 days there are issues to connect
when will this be better?
