Hi, I have noted that tons of invites are not been open not read for our members.
Looking in to it, I think this has to do with the subject line of the invitation emails not being custom.
As you can see, in the invite email section, it says Invite email title. But that title is not the subject line of the email, it display the text inside the body of the email.
The default You are invited! is not compelling to open rates. For me is a mayor need to change this to be editable.
As you can se we have tons of invites as pending. And I think the main reason is the subject line of the invitation email not being editable.
