Sometimes (most the time) when I upload an image the loading icon stays on and on.

If I give up and just hit save - the article presents a broken image
Often when I re-edit and upload again the image uploads fine (like in the example above) but I'm left with this broken image/loading image that I can't remove.
My only work around is to copy and paste the test over to a new post, this is very painful.
I have tried different browsers etc same issue.
