Forgive me if this option is already possible, I'm a newbie to community management. Is there a possibility to consider the customisation below while this welcome emails are undergoing their revamp?
- Hyperlink option within the editable text body to navigate into other spaces within the community group.
- Name of community member automatically integrated into opening of welcome email e.g. "Hey Sandra" rather than "Hey Everyone"
If there are any screen recordings, tutorials or step by step instructions on how to do this if it's already possible, please send my way! It would be greatly appreciated :)
