Go the Extra Mile for Your Shopify Store Community
Exciting news for all online and brick-and-click retailers! With the first-ever native integration on Shopify, our community app enables your brand storytelling in so many ways. Firstly, maintaining two-way transparent communication is easier within the community outline. By setting up rich profiles and assigning moderators for each customer group, your Customer Success team can build more personal and stronger relationships with consumers. Consequently, you will increase the number of repeat sales by gaining higher trust and loyalty. Secondly, you’ll reduce the support tickets as everything will be right there – under a relevant category. You will actually spend less time doing support because you have a real community up there which will perform its ultimate purpose of helping members. Finally, we know that your brand is beyond its physical items and services. Your brand is a story. Let your customers write their chapters and become your brand’s lifetime advocates.

Groups Management API is Here
Partner platforms, this is for you! With Groups API, community creation and management is more optimized. On your end, you can create new groups, find, update and delete the existing ones, add or remove members using our API endpoints. For a general API overview, please refer to the post.
Upgraded Members API
By introducing the Groups API, we enabled assigning members to groups at registration and updated the path for it. In our docs, you will find updated Members API instead of Users API as well as more instructions on making requests.
WordPress Plugin Upgrade
If you have experienced any friction with our WordPress plugin and decided to migrate your community to a domain, you should be having second thoughts right now. The new version of the plugin takes it to the next level – it’s faster, more reliable and working better with other plugins.
WordPress users,
what’s your experience with the updated plugin? Please share your feedback in the comments. If you want to say thank you, we’ll appreciate your positive reviews on WordPress.
PeerBoard in Brazilian Portuguese
Oi, our Brazilian community leaders! Tudo bem? PeerBoard’s interface now speaks in your language, too. We are starting to publicly recognize our community members who help to deliver the product in the beautiful diversity of languages. Thanks for this one to Alexandre Pyrrho! Obrigado!
Post Preview for Visitors Made Shorter
Following up on your feedback, we have cut the length of posts available to non-registered users from 3,000 characters to only 1,000. This should help you convert occasional visitors into community members and engaged readers.

PDF Loading Indication
Since March, you can attach any media files to your community announcements. With PDF, there was no clear indicator of loading, so it would get tricky with larger files that took some time to load. Now your members are informed that the file isn’t broken, so they’ll stay put.
Notable Bug Fixes:
- Widget fix in Wix.
- Group color picker is fixed.
- Text formatting bug is fixed.
- You won't be losing any content when pasting mixed content with links in the editor.
- Better margins calculation for post view — less blank spaces.
