it would be great to be able to assign an admin for a specific group. That way they can be responsible for adding users to that particular group/moderating it/etc without having access to the other groups.
I see we can assign an admin to groups - this might accomplish what I am thinking? Not sure if they would still have admin rights over the entire community or just to that specific group?
Use case:
Thinking of using this as a board for Magicians, and would like to offer a category for different Magician Organizations. Of the different organizations, they each have different chapters. Ideally, I would like to set it up so each chapter would be their own category and have a person from that chapter be the admin for the group that has access to that category. That way I don’t have to worry about assigning users to that category or moderating it, and I can focus on the larger portion of the community board.
(This would also be another use for another level deeper of subcategories- so that the individual chapter could then add some categories as well).
