As we announced on April 4th, PeerBoard has been acquired by Docebo.
Following the acquisition, we outlined the plan for a transition period. As per that plan, all community information will be deleted and service will be discontinued. To minimize disruption for your business, we created a set of tools to migrate your member data and content off PeerBoard. We also worked with a selected group of partners to create a seamless transition path. Read below for more information.
We just launched our official data exporting tool. You can access it by navigating to Settings -> Export in your community’s Admin panel. This tool allows you to download a zip file with all the community materials including CSV files with all the member data, posts and comments, and also all image/gif uploads for your records. We also worked with several selected partners on creating a smoother on-ramp for our existing partners. The following have committed to provide an importing tool to our existing customers.
- Heartbeat. We worked with their team to create an importing tool that should work with some of our key data points. Check their product here and check this video they created for the folks migrating off PeerBoard. They also created PEERBOARD20 discount code for a 20% discount on all Heartbeat plans for the first 12 months. Reach out to their support at firstname.lastname@example.org after you obtain your data export package to discuss.
- UUKI. Similarly, we worked with the team to enable data import on their end and they should be able to support important data points. Check out their product here and reach out to their support team after you obtain your data package to discuss import.
- Circle. While not being able to fully import existing data, the Circle team is happy to chat with you to discuss the general onboarding process and product functionality. You can use this form to get in touch with them.
