Are tag groups only visible to admins? – The PeerBoard Community

The PeerBoard Community Are tag groups only visible to admins?

Hi, I notice that the tag groups only appear if you are an admin. Is this rigth? Can we make it public?

I would like to all members to see the tag the have.
