Gravatar is becoming a new standard and many sites use them to automatically fetch avatar linked from the user's email address.
I would love to see PeerBoard doing the same. Currently it asks to upload avatar, which is not an ideal solution these days. It should show an option to either upload an avatar or fetch from Gravatar.
