Hello to all the community, I represent a company that is trying to implement your dashboard to create a community for its customers, to date we are unable to access the community that we have created with the credentials and the "reset password" does not work at all . Unfortunately the system does not send the return email to reset the password. I don't understand if it's a common bug or is it just us?


it also asks us to register every time we try to login with our "admin" account and in response it tells us that it is a private community... but clearly we are already registered as we created the community.
